Hi!
Where could I get the measures of standard register plates in Europe? Which countries has the size 520x110? If I have the right info, the dutch plate is 520x114? In Finland it is exceptional 442x118. Perhaps all other countries 520x110?

Old Uzbekistan plates

I would like to ask you in what cities or districts were the pictures of old Soviet tractor license plates of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were taken. I am studying the history of Soviet license plates and these are quite rare. I would be grateful for you for this information.
